"The Women's Center at Children's Therapy Solutions has been a postpartum life saver! Lauren, the physical therapist, is so kind, professional, helpful, and fun! She takes time to get to know you and your goals, then helps you set up a plan for success. I had 3 babies in 4 years and went in with a weak pelvic floor and some more-than-mild ab separation. Lauren helped me understand what was going on in my body and what I needed to do to heal it properly. Within a few months, we had healed my Diastisi Recti and I was feeling so much stronger. It's hard as moms to take the time to do something for ourselves, but I 10/10 recommend it! This is the strongest I have felt postpartum with any of my 3 babies and I'm so incredibly grateful to Lauren and the staff at the Women's Center." - Annalyse
"I was lucky enough to find Kelly at The Women’s Center. I had problems with urinary incontinence before going through menopause and after menopause it only got worse. I was put on 1 medication that helped but the problem continued to get worse. Higher doses, another medication and still the problem continued to get worse. My GYN sent me to The Women’s Center for physical therapy but I was skeptical. Kelly made me a believer! I’m off both of my medications and have greater control!" - Kris
"I have had the opportunity to have dry needling done by Kelly. I was having pain in my shoulder, neck, and knee that Kelly was able to relieve. I had had acupuncture before but dry needling is different and the pain was relieved much quicker and for a longer period of time. My husband was so impressed he went too! If you’re having pain and nothing has helped I would definitely give it a try. I have Kelly on speed dial!" - Kris
I am a 66 year old woman,I have a pelvic prolapse. In the future, I may be having a hysterectomy with pelvic wall repair. My gynecologist recommended Physical Therapy.I had never heard of therapy for this.I did not know what to expect, and I was more than pleasantly surprised. From the front office to the therapist assigned to me it has been a remarkable experience. My physical therapist's name is Kelly Zaprzal. Initially, I was wary of the bio feedback because I had preconceived ideas that it was a thought process conditioning. Like meditation. I never dreamed they could hook you up to the computer the way they did! And once I got over the shyness and embarrassment of having my therapist, who is quite younger than I,work with me I was amazed to learn how my muscles work and how to train my muscles. I was very impressed with Kelly's knowledge of the human body, how she put me at ease with a very embarrassing situation, how she encouraged me whether I messed up or did the exercises correctly. I have greatly benefitted from her training and have had little or no incontinence issues . I love the idea of a private, quiet, office set aside just for women , especially a woman of my age. I may add, the decor is also very pleasant. I can not say enough about my therapist, Kelly Zaprzal , she made the whole experience wonderful and is an excellent representative of her profession and The Women's Center. I highly recommend the Women's Center to anyone dealing with the same issues I have been dealing with. On a scale of one to ten I give the Women's Center a resounding ten!!! -Judy Brooks
“After having my two boys and struggling with diastasis recti, I am so grateful I was recommended to do this pelvic floor therapy! Needling was also beneficial for me to release all the scar tissue from past abdominal surgeries. With PT support through The Women’s Center at Children’s Therapy Solutions, I was able to regain core strength after years of being told I needed surgery to “fix” my muscles. It is much easier to do day to day activities, lift my toddler, and even swim without being in pain. I am still a work in progress but thank you all for this program!” -Elizabeth K
